What should I include in the form?
A short brief is enough: what you want to ship (site, store, app, or AI), the platform you already use if any, and when you need a first release. We will ask for the rest on a call.
How quickly do you reply?
We aim to reply within one business day. If the brief is clear, the first note will include whether we are a fit and what a first conversation would cover.
Do you take on small projects as well as full builds?
Yes. A theme polish, a chatbot on an existing store, or a full Shopify plus app build are all in scope — as long as the job is defined. We will say so if a request is too vague to quote.
Do you work with teams outside the US?
Yes. We work with clients in different time zones. Kick-off calls are scheduled so both sides can attend; day-to-day updates go through email or the channel you already use.
What happens after I send the form?
We read the brief, ask any missing questions, then outline a first release, the stack, and who stays on after launch. You decide whether to proceed — there is no subscription lock-in from filling in the form.
