How SpringSol treats the information you share when you visit this site, ask for a quote, or work with us on a website, store, app, or AI project.
SpringSol designs and builds websites, ecommerce stores, mobile and web apps, SaaS products, and AI workflows. You can browse this site without creating an account or telling us who you are. We only ask for personal details when they are needed to answer an enquiry, prepare a quote, deliver a project, or keep a live product running.
We do not rent or sell your personal information. We do not share it with unaffiliated companies for their own marketing. We use it to provide the work you asked for, to communicate with you, or where the law requires it.
When you contact us, download a resource, or start a project, you may give us a name, email address, phone number, company name, and a short brief. During delivery we may also handle project files, store or CMS logins you choose to share, analytics access, marketing list exports, and conversation logs from a chatbot or agent we build for you.
If you work with us on Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Webflow, WordPress, iOS, Android, or an AI chatbot, we only use the credentials and customer data you grant us for that engagement. Those systems remain yours. We are not selling that data, and we do not use it to train public models.
We use the information you provide to reply to quotes, scope websites and stores, ship apps and SaaS features, run SEO, PPC, email, and social campaigns you have approved, and to support products after launch. We may also send project updates, invoices, and occasional studio news. If you ask us not to contact you for marketing, we will stop.
We keep records only as long as they are useful for the project, billing, warranty, or legal obligations, then we delete or anonymise them.
We may pass information to specialist partners who help us host, send email, process payments, or run ads — for example a cloud host, a newsletter tool, or an app-store account — and only under confidentiality terms. They may not use your data for their own unrelated campaigns.
We may also disclose information if we are required to by a court order or similar legal process; to investigate fraud, abuse, or a credible safety risk; or if SpringSol is acquired or merged, in which case the new owner would receive the records needed to continue the work you already commissioned.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes a child has sent us details, write to us and we will delete them.
This website may use cookies and similar tools to remember preferences, measure which pages are useful, and improve how quotes and contact forms work. We look at this data in aggregate — domains, device type, and traffic patterns — not as a profile of a named visitor. Affiliates or vendors who help us run the site follow the same confidentiality standard.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Some form and video features may then work less smoothly. Turning cookies off does not stop us using the details you type into a contact or quote form, because you send those to us directly.
Pages on springsol.com may link out to client work, app stores, or tools such as Shopify, Stripe, or Klaviyo. Those services have their own privacy terms. We are not responsible for how they collect data once you leave our site.
If something we hold about you is wrong, email us with the correction and we will update it as promptly as we reasonably can. For access, deletion, or any other privacy request, use the same address.
